Terms & Conditions:
All of our recurring customers start recurring billing auto-payments, as they do not need to keep up on payments. It will automaticly do it for them when signing up.
Saturday/Sundays do not have discounts, only available discounts are on Mon-Fridays.
We are located in stockton, no city fee in stockton, but outside of stockton you may face a city fee for services, and or specials we provide.
Price may increase if your service is not as show in person or via photos the last time we spoke. We recommend making sure to pick up to ensure your price stays the same.
FAQs:
Deposits & Reservations: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your final service balance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any changes.
Refund Policy: If a service is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, if an appointment is rescheduled, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Quality Guarantee: Please review your service upon completion. Any reports or concerns must be submitted within 24 hours. Reports made after this timeframe may be declined.
Pricing: Estimates are based on standard service conditions. If a project requires more time or effort than initially expected, we will communicate any necessary price adjustments with you before proceeding.
